SIMPLE AND SWEET

Who doesn’t love a frozen treat during the hot days of summer? While ice cream is the most popular summer treat, it’s loaded with sugar and calories and is light on nutrition. It’s also difficult to make and expensive to buy. Popsicles offer a different kind of summer sweet treat. With the right ingredients, they can be flavorful and healthy, as well as fun to eat. Whether you’re making them for a houseful of active children or for adults looking to cool off, homemade popsicles can be the perfect refreshing snack on a warm summer day.
