Health Mint Chocolate “Shake” Smoothie
Blend:
1/2 avocado
1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
1-2 tablespoons of Young Living Blue Agave (to taste)
2-3 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (to taste)
1 cup of ice cubes
1-3 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil
Pineapple, Berry, Spinach & Lemon Oil Smoothie
Blend:
1/2 cup of chopped pineapple
1/2 cup of berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries)
2 cups of fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
1 cup of ice cubes
2-4 drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
Mango, Spinach & Orange Oil Smoothie
Blend:
2 cups of fresh spinach leaves
1 cup of chopped mango
1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
1 cup of ice cubes
2-4 drops of Young Living Orange Essential Oil
