NATURE'S PERFECT PORTABLE MEAL

Smoothies can pack in the nutrition without the calories! 

 

When temperatures climb and the sun starts wearing you out, consider one of the coolest, tastiest and most portable nutritional treats. Smoothies are easy to make and even easier to take with you. All you need is a blender and some ice, and you’ve got a refreshing meal to go that can be as individual as you are. While some smoothies have a reputation for being high in calories and low in nutrition, there are a lot of ways to make sure that these portable meals serve up exactly what your body needs most. 

 

Health Mint Chocolate “Shake” Smoothie

Blend:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk

  • 1-2 tablespoons of Young Living Blue Agave (to taste)

  • 2-3 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (to taste)

  • 1 cup of ice cubes

  • 1-3 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil

Pineapple, Berry, Spinach & Lemon Oil Smoothie 

Blend:

  • 1/2 cup of chopped pineapple

  • 1/2 cup of berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries)

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk

  • 1 cup of ice cubes

  • 2-4 drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil

Mango, Spinach & Orange Oil Smoothie

Blend:

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 cup of chopped mango

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk

  • 1 cup of ice cubes

  • 2-4 drops of Young Living Orange Essential Oil
