GARLIC AND THYME CREAMY MASH
1½ lbs. potatoes (3 medium russet potatoes)
¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
3 roasted garlic cloves
1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
½ scoop Power Meal
2 drops Thyme Vitality
1-2 drops Black Pepper Vitality (to taste)
Fine sea salt (to taste)
Peel and chop potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Boil peeled potatoes for approximately 6-8 minutes, until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
Drain the potatoes and transfer to food processor.
Combine remaining ingredients and process to your desired texture.
