GARLIC AND THYME CREAMY MASH


Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs. potatoes (3 medium russet potatoes)

  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 3 roasted garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped

  • ½ scoop Power Meal

  • 2 drops Thyme Vitality

  • 1-2 drops Black Pepper Vitality (to taste)

  • Fine sea salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

  2. Boil peeled potatoes for approximately 6-8 minutes, until they are tender when pierced with a fork.

  3. Drain the potatoes and transfer to food processor.

  4. Combine remaining ingredients and process to your desired texture.
