FIRE UP THE MAIN COURSE MARINADES

Southwest Marinade for Beef
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
5 drops Young Living Black Pepper Vitality
7 drops Young Living Lime Vitality
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate 2 lbs. of tenderized beef for at least one hour in the refrigerator before grilling to proper temperature and allowing to rest for three minutes before slicing.

Italian Marinade for Chicken
Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried red chili pepper flakes
6 drops Basil Vitality
5 drops Oregano Vitality
4 drops Rosemary Vitality
2 drops Thyme Vitality
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate 3 large chicken breasts for at least an hour in the refrigerator before grilling to proper temperature.
Asian Marinade for Pork
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. tamari sauce
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
12 drops Young Living Jade Lemon Vitality
9 drops Young Living Orange Vitality
3 drops Young Living Ginger Vitality
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate 2 lbs. pork for at least one hour in the refrigerator before grilling to proper temperature and resting for three minutes before slicing.
