FIRE UP THE MAIN COURSE MARINADES


Southwest Marinade for Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice

  • 2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. cumin

  • 1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced

  • 5 drops Young Living Black Pepper Vitality

  • 7 drops Young Living Lime Vitality

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate 2 lbs. of tenderized beef for at least one hour in the refrigerator before grilling to proper temperature and allowing to rest for three minutes before slicing.

 

Italian Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp. dried red chili pepper flakes

  • 6 drops Basil Vitality

  • 5 drops Oregano Vitality

  • 4 drops Rosemary Vitality

  • 2 drops Thyme Vitality

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate 3 large chicken breasts for at least an hour in the refrigerator before grilling to proper temperature.

 

Asian Marinade for Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 tbsp. tamari sauce

  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated

  • 12 drops Young Living Jade Lemon Vitality

  • 9 drops Young Living Orange Vitality

  • 3 drops Young Living Ginger Vitality

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate 2 lbs. pork for at least one hour in the refrigerator before grilling to proper temperature and resting for three minutes before slicing.
